first time blogger...

So I just set this thing up and I hope it's user friendly!

We're busy getting the final details of our trip together... including setting up a travel blog to keep in touch with family and friends as we go along. Hopefully this will prove to be a convenient way for us to keep in touch and share with you the progress and experiences of our long journey home.

Wish me luck with this blog... maybe I'll even get Chuck to post a comment or two along the way!

You guys are going to have so much fun!!!!!!! I can't wait to see the first set of pics! Just remember, you can get through any situation as long as you are patient! Please make sure you keep a list of things that make you frustrated and such too! I bet those will make funny stories!

Dear Renee & Chuck,

Your letter was written beautifully! Thank you so much for taking the time to keep in touch with so many people. We will all enjoy your travels with you.

Dad and I have looked at the maps and as your "MUM", Renee, I will relieved to know when you have landed in Thailand:)

I like Kara's idea about keeping a log of the frustrating events in your travels as well as the good times:)

Love,

Mum

How cool is this... you two are dragging me right into the new technology.

I can't wait to hear all your adventures... yes, good and not so good (but funny afterwards I'm sure)!

Love to both and safe journey!

Chuck...I think you should let your hair grow while you're gone and go back to the college freshman look. This may be the last time in your life to bring that look back! Think about it!

Hey, you guys have a blast. Sorry we missed you when you were in town last. Can't wait to see you when you get back.
